Unlike mechanical CAM-driven screen printing, the SKR600S's dual-axis servo system positions the screen and product electronically rather than through a fixed mechanical cam profile.
This electronic registration removes the need for a mechanical lock or notch on the product itself, which is what allows consistent multi-colour alignment across a wider range of product shapes and surface types.

The SKR600S can print on Cosmetic jars , plastic and pharmaceutical bottles, steel bottles and tumblers, insulated water bottles, glass perfume bottles and glassware, milk and glass bottles, thin-wall and disposable containers, and plastic tubes.
The SKR600S is suitable for cosmetic jars and other large containers. It has a printing dimension of 150 mm diameter × 360 mm height, printing up to 1000 pcs/hr.
The SKR600S uses manual product loading and unloading. The machine uses dual-axis CNC servo control with CNC auto-registration technology.
The SKR600S uses a high resolution leuze make contrast sensor to detect the 1st impression on the product and on the basis of the pattern and the algorithm written in the controller it self teaches itself a fixed position. On the basis of this position the registration can be matched accurately by the CNC Servo machine.
The SKR600S machine has no fixed limit on the number of colours it can print. However, it prints only one colour at a time, like any other screen-printing machine. For optimum utilisation of the screen-printing process and to avoid unnecessary operational costs, we recommend a maximum of four colours.
